Beauty they say is in the eye of the beholder, a Nigerian Twitter user Ifeanyi @Battletide was driving when he spotted a hot FRSC officer and intentionally made a phone call so she'll arrest him.
She made him pay a fine, took pictures with him and Ifeanyi gushed that it was all worth it!
