A 27-year-old welder identified as Sunday Hycenth has been arrested by the Lagos State Police Command for allegedly killing his friend, Onwe Ozoemelem, in the FESTAC Town area of the state.According to Punchng report, Hycenth and 26-year-old Ozoemelem had engaged in fisticuffs over a N500 dog meat bought by a resident and the suspect was alleged to have hit the victim with fist blows on the
