Absurd 42 year old man known as Lucky Emmanuel has been arrested for allegedly assaulting a 13-year old girl sexually, PUNCH reports.
The victim, who is a Junior Secondary School One pupil in the Ajagbandi area of Lagos state is said to be pregnant.
