RIVERS State Governor, Chief Nyesom Wike, has said that his administration was investing in Federal Judiciary infrastructure because the Federal Government has abandoned her responsibilities to the Rivers State people.
Wike explained that his government was compelled to make such investment in courts under the Federal Government because they were left to rot.
