He tweeted , Kylie's personal cell phone number, not once but twice online.
Fans initially thought Rob had been hacked after he tweeted Kylie's number but Rob went as far as letting his family and fans know that his account was not hacked.
He wrote; "I ain't hacked either this is Rob dog lol"
Using his personal twitter, he shared the phone number and 16 crying-laughing emojis. His account then followed the first tweet with a second post that solely listed the beauty entrepreneur’s phone number.
Shortly after Rob published the number, a third tweet posted that might give clues as to why the digits were leaked.
