Temporary Deal -- Angelina Jolie Wins Full Custody of Six Children
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have reportedly struck a temporary custody deal that will subject the "Fight Club" actor to random drug testing and an initial supervised visit with his kids.

The estranged couple reached a temporary agreement on Friday granting Jolie full physical custody of the couple's six children, TMZ reports. Pitt's first visit with his children will be supervised by a therapist, according to the gossip site.

After the initial visit, the therapist can then decide if Pitt's future visits need to be monitored, sources told TMZ.

The terms will last for three weeks before the Department of Children and Family Services can make new recommendations.

Pitt and Jolie will reportedly be required to attend individual counseling as part of the agreement and they will also attend family counseling along with their children, Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 8.

Pitt was under investigation by DCFS after the agency received an anonymous tip that the actor attacked his 15-year-old son Maddox while on a flight back from France.

The tipster reported Pitt as "physically" and "verbally abusive" towards the pair's eldest child.

A source close to Pitt told the Daily News last week that the actor may have "acted like an a--" during an argument with his son, but was never physically abusive.

The temporary divorce agreement also subjects Pitt to random drug and alcohol testing, according to TMZ.

The "World War Z" actor took a voluntary drug test after the airplane incident, a source confirmed to the Daily News.

"I can confirm he did take the test," the source told the News. "The Department of Children and Family Services cannot force you to take a test, so by definition it was voluntary."

"He's been cooperating," the source added, confirming the investigation was still going on as of Wednesday.

It is unclear if the investigation of the plane incident has been resolved by DCFS. The FBI was also looking into the flight allegations.

"The FBI is continuing to gather facts and will evaluate whether an investigation at the federal level will be pursued," the bureau said in a statement to the Daily News.

The "Maleficent" actress filed for divorce from Pitt on Sept. 15, a stunning move for one of Hollywood's most legendary twosomes. Angelina Jolie cited "irreconcilable differences" in her divorce filing and asked for physical custody of their six children.

She was allegedly fed up with her husband's marijuana use and drinking and felt that combined with his "anger problems," was not a fit environment for their children, sources told TMZ.
