Fresh from the official release of his latest project “Son Of Mercy”, Davido is the cover star of this weekend’s edition of the ThisDay Style Magazine.
Each artistic element representing something – a mix of cultures.
From body art (Igbo) to Colours (as used by the Indians during ‘Holi’ festival celebration of love) and Water(New Beginning).
There is a brand new David – his sound is equally different.
With singles from the album ‘Gbagbe Oshi’, ‘How Long ft Tinashe’, ‘Maga2Mugu ft Simi’ and ‘Coolest Kid in Africa ft Nasty C’.
With what we’ve heard from his SOM EP, we can definitely say, we are thrilled with the new Davido.
Signing with Sony, is certainly a good move for him so far.

The artistic shoot was photographed by the wonderful TY Bello who seemed to have nothing but praise as she took to Instagram to appreciate the HKN/DMW CEO.
Watch below the video posted by TY Bello during the creation of one of the looks.
In each picture, there is a certain strength and calmness shown through by Omo Baba Olowo which is perfectly captured by the amazing Ty Bello.
