Wife of the President, Aisha Buhari met with US First Lady Michelle Obama who hosted a concert for wives of heads of states around the world at her Broadway event.

It was a pleasure meeting @michelleobama earlier this evening at her broadway event about Global Girls' Empowerment, Nigeria first lady wrote.

The event is aimed at Global Girls Empowerment to help push for The girl child education around the world.

I am pleased to highlight the impressive leadership of the Stop TB partnership Nigeria which have brought together government parliamentarians, development partners, private sector, civil society and others to unite our response to TB in nigeria. It is clear that TB deserves a place at the top of the agenda, just as the world mobilized for small pox, HIV/AIDS and Ebola and treated them as emergencies its time to start giving TB the resources and political attention this epidermic deserves.
